IDMExpress provides Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation and managed services solutions to companies across industries. Our Services are provided for informational and business purposes only.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.

11. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IDMExpress concerning your use of the Services.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

  • Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. IDMExpress's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
